Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and unworn
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Photo or video evidence is required to process claims.

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Luxurena Leather is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Dispute & Chargeback Policy

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating any dispute or chargeback.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution.

Luxurena Leather reserves the right to provide all order records, delivery confirmation, and communication history to payment providers in the event of a dispute.
